Problem Description

When clicking Next in the image below, the registration hangs for several minutes then fails.

Resolution

Hybrid registration can fail if: If your organization cannot or does not have these email addresses, then resolve by creating a Recipient List User Directory with the postmaster or administrator addresses for each domain.
  1. Navigate to the TRITON Email Security console.
  2. Click Settings > Users > User Directories > Add > User Directory Recipient List

  1. Enter a postmaster or administrator email address for each protected domain.

  1. Under User Authentication, add the User Directory you created (in step 2) for your protected domains.

  1. You should now be able to complete the Hybrid registration.
