Problem Description

When viewing the System Log on the Forcepoint DLP web interface, the following message is present:

License notification: the number of endpoints currently deployed X exceeds the number licensed 0


What does it mean, and does it suggest there is an issue?

Resolution

This is a cosmetic bug, and does not impact the functionality of the deployed DLP Endpoints in any way.


This issue commonly occurs in environments where a subscription.dss.data.security.solutions license is in use and will be resolved in a future release.
